Tour Guys offers walking tours and tour guide services for travelers, explorers, organizations, and groups of all kinds in Toronto and Vancouver all year-round. See the sights, learn a little history, and get to know the city better with us! We enjoy what we do so much, we’re famous for our free walking tours in both Toronto and Vancouver.
Walking Tours vs Bus Tours
There is no better way to experience a city than at street level on foot. As tour buses roar past points of interest giving passengers only a few seconds to catch a glimpse and a hear a couple of fast facts, we can’t help but feel they are not getting the best value for their time or money. Sure you can cover more ground in a bus, but you are can’t really experience the city that well. It is also difficult to engage your tour guide in any kind of conversation as the sights speed by. We’ve done bus tours. We know things are better on foot! Walking is also better for the environment.
Amazing Urban Experiences
Walking tours are amazing urban experiences. From the streets and sidewalks you can smell the food being cooked in local restaurants, hear snippets of conversations as you pass by cafes and patios, and really see and experience the things that make our cities unique and interesting places. The flexibility of a walking tour allows you to stop and smell the flowers along the way… or answer “nature’s call”.
