“I really can recommend (the free Toronto) tour to anyone. It is so much fun and informative. You learn a lot about the buildings you pass every day. Join the tour!”

“Fantastic (ghost) tour to get you into the Halloween spirit. The tour guide was very entertaining, had a great sense of humour and was a great story-teller. You’ll never be able to look at these buildings and locations the same way again. I definitely recommend this tour.”

“Nous avons visité bien des villes, avons rencontré bien des guides, mais vraiment, cette visite du centre-ville de Toronto animée par Jason a été fabuleuse! Nous avons appris tant de choses et nous sommes découvert une véritable passion pour cette belle cité. We looik for another visit this spring with all the family and want to visit the Kensington Market. Many thanks, Jason, you’re a PRO and you do a grrrrrreat job!”

“Hi Steve: Just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for a great tour. I took the Stanley Park tour on Sept. 29th – with Matthew (I think that was his name). I had called you earlier that day, as it was a torrential down pour and you mentioned that I may be the only person on the tour – which I turns out I was. Matthew was great, lots of fun facts and info and it ended up being a beautiful day at 4pm for the tour. Just wanted to thank you for sending him and please let him know I really enjoyed it! Will do once again, when I come back out sometime next year. Thanks again and I may look into a few of the Toronto tours, now that I’m back home. Can never learn too much about where you live.”

“That was the best bit of eavesdropping I’ve ever done!”
- Random man who listened in on Tour Guy Toronto tour for a minute
“My wife and I were in town from the Philippines and took this tour. It was great. One of the best walking tours I’ve taken and I’ve taken them on three continents in over a dozen cities. Very informative and friendly, and the tour guide put up with all of our questions. He definitively knew his stuff and enjoys his job and his city. He even brought us by the market and helped us to try some of the local specialities. They were delicious.”

“Jason, our family really enjoyed your Kensington Market and China Town Tour today. It was a topic of conversation for much of our trip back to Buffalo and was a great way to see these areas of the city. The many pieces of information provided were very interesting and presented in an entertaining way. One of the best tours that we have been on in any city. It is great to meet someone with a great attitude who really seems to enjoy what they are doing. Thanks again!! We’ll be sure to look for your tours the next time we’re in Toronto.”

“Jason! Just wanted to give our thanks again for the tours you gave around toronto (we where the ones where it poured down in kensington market but we carried on regardless after a coffee in the blue banana!). Enjoyed the tour, it really made our stay!”
- Chris & Elisa (via facebook)
“This tour was really fun! Although I came to Toronto just a few months ago, I could look around many famous places in downtown and I learned a lot about Toronto. Also, Jason, our tour guide, was very nice and friendly
I really enjoyed this tour!”
- Yukiko (www.yelp.ca)
“I had a great walking tour in Toronto with Tour Guys. Jason was my tour guide. He was very funny, friendly, and helpful. I saw a lot of great places in downtown Toronto – some of which I didn’t know anything about before the tour. There are so many beautiful parks in downtown Toronto! Jason told our group interesting and funny stories – not a bunch of boring facts and dates – although he knew them all as well when people would ask him. He was very knowledgeable about Toronto. I highly recommend this tour.”
- Janet (www.yelp.ca)
“Awesome tour, informative and fun, highly recommended!”
- Jonathan (www.touguys.ca)
“I know already a lot of this wonderful city (Toronto) but I learned a lot by participating a tour with the Tour Guys. Jason was a good guide and made a good job. He gave many information of historical interest with humor and fun. I can recommend this tour to each visitor.”
- Wlady (www.tourguys.ca)
“I took the tour for the purpose of learning about areas in and around City Hall in the downtown core. Jason tailored the tour to what I had requested and changed up our destinations and route just so that I could learn more about what I wanted to know. I also discovered things that I never knew existed in our city like a labyrinth. Who knew?

“I took this (Ghost Tour) with a group of students and we all had a spooky good time! Neil is a great tour guide and his concern for our enjoyment was obvious. I’d do it again in a heartbeat!”

“Hi Steve, the Gastown and Downtown tour was great last night! Thanks!”

As first-time visitors to Toronto from Austin, TX, we decided to try Jason’s downtown walking tour. We were surprised by how good it was – filled with a great mix of history, trivia, and fun stories. Jason even had a notebook to illustrate some of his topics with maps, flags, and pictures of historical persons. We enjoyed his tour so much that we decided to join him for the Kensington Market/Chinatown tour the following day. We equally enjoyed it! Thanks so much, Jason, for making our first trip to Toronto a fabulous one!
I took Jason’s Chinatown& Kensington Market walking tour during the summer and enjoyed it so much that I went back the following day and joined him on his downtown Toronto tour. As an immigrant, living on the outskirts of Toronto and not going downtown very often, I was able to learn a lot about the different areas, streets and neighborhoods as well as the history of the city. Jason is very entertaining and he is full of interesting anecdotes, stories and facts about the various places and buildings along the tour. Even if you have lived in Toronto for your entire life you are sure to learn something new on the tour. It’s a great way to spend the afternoon and the 2-3 hours fly by without you even realizing where the time went.
Me and my wife took the tour in the summertime. Our tour guide was friendly, personable, and well-informed. Our group was small and intimate. We are from the Hamilton area. We thought, since we are so close, that we knew a lot about Toronto – we were wrong. I particularly enjoyed learning about William Lyon MacKenzie which I hadn’t been taught much about since High School. We saw many beautiful places in the downtown core that most Torontonians aren’t even aware of. All and all we loved our experience with Tour Guys and highly recommend it to tourists both far and near.
I took the Toronto Halloween Ghost tour tonight and what a fun night it was! I am a native Torontonian who knows alot about T.O., but our guide Jason made me feel like a tourist in my own city! I learned so much and discovered things I never knew before and it was presented in an interesting and funny way. I will never look at certain buildings that I walk by daily, the same ever again. Having travelled all over the world and gone on many tours…I can honestly say this is one of my favourite. Great job Jason, you can tell you really love your city and genuinely enjoy what you do.
Went on a free tour of Toronto a couple of weeks ago with Jason as my guide. Although I had been in the city for two weeks before and seen a lot of the regular tourist sites already, Jason took the tour to the back streets of Toronto to many other very interesting places I would have otherwise overlooked and lost out on. As well as giving in-depth facts about the city’s history and of it’s famous people, the guide made it a very enjoyable and fun experience. I didn’t know there could be so much to see in such a small area!!! I would definitely go on more and recommend it to anybody whether as a tourist or even as a local.
My wife, mysefl and our 3 teenagers took the free 2 hour Toronto tour. I had e-mailed Jason ahead of time and he got back to me quickly and we arranged the tour, plus he gave me other suggestions of places and things to do.
The tour was GREAT – Jason was knowledgeable, entertaining, funny and interesting. When I told out kids that we were going to do a 2 hour walking tour, they were not thrilled. When we were done with the tour, I asked them what they thought and they were glad they went and enjoyed it very much.
Next time we go to Toronto, we will take one of the other tours.
Jason, good luck in the future and keep up the good work.
Jason was really informative, funny, and interesting!…We took the short tour(1.5 hours) of downtown Toronto, and regaled us with stories, history and facts about buildings and people of early Toronto. He has a great sense of humour and we really enjoyed the whole experience. Jason, thanks for everything and all the best for the future.. We will be sure to recommend this tour to all our friends, and will definitely take the vancouver tour then next time we go there!
Cheers!
I took your tour and Jason Kucherawy was the best tour guide ever! He was very funny. Got to see all the best spots in the city, everything I wanted to see, and I can’t believe how cheap it was. Good length of a tour, too, I would recommend it to anyone looking to do a walking tour.
