Culture, Cuisine, and Colour (2 hours)
This tour is a stroll from City Hall to Chinatown and Kensington Market, two of the most exciting and vibrant communities in Toronto. With colourful restaurants, shops that sell everything from Chinese DVDs to BBQ duck to t-shirts, and signs written in Chinese, Chinatown is a feast for the senses. Just a street or two over, Kensington Market is multicultural Toronto at its best with fruit and vegetable markets mixed with cool cafes and restaurants and vintage clothing stores – and no Starbucks or McDonalds in sight! Along the way your Tour Guy will show you their favourite places to eat, drink and shop. For school trips we offer a scavenger hunt to help students learn about the area in a fun way.
